At this time Rüttees does not offer any refunds on products. If the wrong item was sent or the items has been lost in transit a new product will be shipped out with express shipping free of charge.
For defective items: Due to hygiene reasons, there is no need to mail any faulty items back to us. You must provide photographic evidence that there is a manufacturing defect with your product.
- If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at email@example.com we will replace it with the same item in the same size and color.
- Monetary refunds are not offered, only store credit or exchanges of defective items.
- Shipping fees will be deducted from any store credit issued.
- Garment care is the customer's responsibility - this policy applies only to unused items.

Please refer to size-chart when selecting items and confirm fit is correct before placing your order. SIZES ARE UNISEX, which means it is cut to fit men.
At this time we only offer return shipping labels if you received a defective products, or an incorrect item from your packing slip.
